2. System Management Interface Overview

Systems cards​

To access the system management interface, navigate to the “Systems” option in the global menu. This will display a list of all systems registered in your environment.

Edit Systems​

The default page is read-only. To modify or manage a specific system, click the “Edit” button associated with the desired system.

Each system is presented as a front card, which can be expanded by clicking on the dropdown menu icon.

The card displays the following key information:

  • System Reference: A unique identifier for the system within CSFaaS (e.g., SYS-000001).
  • System Name: Displayed next to the reference (e.g., Apache Server).
  • Risk Assessment Status: Indicates the current status of risk evaluation for the system.
  • System Status: Highlights the operational status of the system.
  • System Criticality: Represents the system's importance to the organisation.

Additionally, you can:

  • Add comments or upload evidence to support system management activities.
  • Expand the dropdown menu for detailed system information.
