ARV ---- 3. Notifications

Notifications in CSFaaS are generated based on actions requiring your review, determined by the defined validation steps (refer to Settings for more details) and your assigned role.

You can access your notifications by clicking on the bell icon. When a new notification arrives, a message appears in your workspace, and the number of pending notifications is displayed in a red circle above the bell.

These actions typically require you to accept or deny a request and originate from key workflows enforcing rules for critical actions, such as:

• Framework or policy deletion
• Framework and policy version management
• Risk assessment demand approval
• Assurance reviews

Notifications are displayed on your dashboard, providing a title, a short description, and the date and time of submission.

By default, notifications are marked as "Unread". Once you accept or deny them, they are updated to "Read".

You can easily manage notifications by navigating through the "All", "Unread", and "Read" tabs, ensuring a clear overview of pending and resolved tasks.

Notification preferences and settings can be configured in your Workspace Settings to match your workflow and requirements.

This streamlined notification system keeps you informed, efficient, and in control of critical processes within CSFaaS.
