3. Filtering options
Overview
The risk registry interface provides advanced filtering solutions to help you efficiently manage and refine your Risks.
These tools enable you to:
- Find relevant topics to improve productivity and delivery quality.
- Gain better insights into your risk posture.
- Group and classify risks effectively.
Filtering Options:
- AZ or more recent requests.
- Risk ID
- Advanced Filtering Criteria.
A-Z / Z-A and Chronological Order Filters
By default, Risk are filtered by the most recently modified requests, meaning the last risk that was updated appears first.

Filtering options can be adjusted using the 'A-Z' button in the top-right corner, cycling through available sorting modes:

A-Z Filter:
To sort the list alphabetically (from "A to Z" or "Z to A"), click the “AZ” button. The list will rearrange in ascending alphabetical order.
The list will rearrange in descending alphabetical order.

Z-A Filter:
To sort the list in reverse alphabetical order (from Z to A), click on the filtering button. The list will rearrange in descending alphabetical order. -
Return to Default (Most Recent Modified): To revert to the default view (most recently modified requests first), click the “AZ” button again.
Request ID, Risk assessment Title, Keywords, etc.
Another option is to search for a Risk using the
- Risk ID,
To do so, type the Risk ID into the search bar:
The results matching your search criteria will then be displayed.
Multiple Filtering Criteria
The third option to search for a Risk is by using specific criteria.
To do this, follow these steps:

Open the Search Criteria Drawer:

Click on the "Search Criteria" button located in the top-right corner.
A drawer will appear, providing a variety of filtering options.
Select Your Criteria
Choose the filtering options that match your needs
Remove Criteria
To remove specific criteria, deselect them directly in the drawer or click the "Clear Filter" button at the bottom of the page to reset all selections.
Apply the Filter:
Once your filtering selection is complete, click the blue "Apply Filter" button at the bottom of the drawer.
The results matching your selected criteria will then be displayed.
Filtering Options:
- Status
- Current Risk Level Range
- Target Risk Level Range
- Risk Owner
- Risk Response
By leveraging these filtering capabilities, you can efficiently navigate and manage your risk registry, ensuring that you can quickly locate and address the most pertinent risks to your organization.
