4. Risk assessment Demand Filtering Options

Overview​

The risk assessment demand interface provides advanced filtering solutions to help you efficiently manage and refine your demands.

These tools enable you to:

  • Find relevant topics to improve productivity and delivery quality.
  • Gain better insights into your risk posture.
  • Group and classify risks effectively.

Filtering Options:

  • AZ or more recent requests.
  • Request ID, Risk assessment Demand Title, Keywords, etc..
  • Advanced Filtering Criteria.

A-Z / Z-A or “More recent” requests Filter​

By default, Risk Assessment Demands are filtered by the most recently modified requests, meaning the last demand that was updated appears first.

  • Filtering options can be adjusted using the 'A-Z' button in the top-right corner, cycling through available sorting modes:

  • A-Z Filter:
    To sort the list alphabetically (from "A to Z" or "Z to A"), click the “AZ” button. The list will rearrange in ascending alphabetical order.

    The list will rearrange in descending alphabetical order.

  • Z-A Filter:
    To sort the list in reverse alphabetical order (from Z to A), click on the filtering button. The list will rearrange in descending alphabetical order.

  • Return to Default (Most Recent Modified): To revert to the default view (most recently modified requests first), click the “AZ” button again.

Request ID, Risk assessment Title, Keywords, etc.​

Another option is to search for a Risk Assessment Demand using the

  • Request ID,
  • Risk Assessment Title, or
  • Keywords.

To do so, type the Risk Assessment Demand title, ID, or relevant keywords into the search bar:

The results matching your search criteria will then be displayed.


Multiple Filtering Criteria​

The third option to search for a Risk Assessment Demand is by using specific criteria.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Open the Search Criteria Drawer:

  • Click on the "Search Criteria" button located in the top-right corner.

A drawer will appear, providing a variety of filtering options.


Select Your Criteria​

Choose the filtering options that match your needs

Remove Criteria​

To remove specific criteria, deselect them directly in the drawer or click the "Clear Filter" button at the bottom of the page to reset all selections.

Apply the Filter​

Once your filtering selection is complete, click the blue "Apply Filter" button at the bottom of the drawer.

The results matching your selected criteria will then be displayed.

Filtering Options​

  • Date and Period: Filter by specific dates or ranges.

  • Due Dates: Identify overdue demands.

  • Tag(s): Categorise and organise requests with tags.

  • Demand Type:

    • Classic,
    • System,
    • Third Party

  • Demand Status:

    • Demand In Progress
    • Demand Rejected
    • Demand Pending Information
    • Demand Initialisation
    • Demand Updated by Requester
    • Demand Pending Risk Response
    • Demand Risk Response Provided
    • Demand Pending Assurance Completion
    • Demand Completed

  • Priority Level

  • Regions

  • Countries

  • Business and Functional Context:

  • Business Unit

  • Functional Domain

  • Data Classification

  • Data State

  • Business Goals and Objectives

  • Business Drivers for Security

  • Impact Type

  • Risk Response Status

  • Risk Owner

  • Risk without Owner

  • PII (Personally Identifiable Information)
